These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sportime app and website, operated by AS Media Group (“Sportime”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Sportime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sportime.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Sportime is a game of skill and entertainment; it is not a gambling or betting service.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Virtual currency (“Coins”) and in-app items

• Coins and other in-app items are a limited licence to use features inside Sportime. They have no monetary value.
• Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or cashed out for real money or any real-world value.
• We may adjust, expire or remove Coins and items, and change prices or availability, at any time.
• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds are handled by them.

4. Rewards and competitions

Any rewards offered within Sportime are in-app rewards (such as Coins, spins, badges or leaderboard status) unless a specific promotion states otherwise in its own rules. No purchase is necessary to play the core games, and outcomes are determined by your skill and real-world sporting results.

5. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, manipulate results, create multiple accounts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage. We may void entries, remove rewards and close accounts for such behaviour.

6. Sports data

Fixtures, results and statistics come from third-party data providers. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free or always available. Scoring and settlement are based on the data we receive.

7. Intellectual property

Sportime, its name, logo, design and content are owned by AS Media Group and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our permission. Team and league names or marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

Sportime is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including availability, accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AS Media Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or Coins, arising from your use of Sportime.

10. Termination

You may stop using Sportime and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal, security or operational reasons.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify material changes in the App or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
